Special Repair and Maintenance of Grid Station Building at 132KV IESCO Grid Station

IESCo Civil Division (Islamabad Electric Supply Company) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for special repair and maintenance of the grid station building at the 132KV IESCO Grid Station located at Choa Syden Shah. This civil works project has been allocated funds under the FY 2026-27 procurement plan and is being advertised on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The scope of work encompasses comprehensive repair and maintenance activities for the grid station building infrastructure as detailed in the bidding documents.

Eligible bidders must meet the qualification criteria specified in the bidding documents and possess relevant experience in similar civil works projects. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, or a bid securing declaration as per the format provided in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the procurement process.

The bidding process follows a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
