Repair and Reconstruction of Fallen Boundary Wall at IESCO 132KV Grid Station Bhagwal

IESCo Civil Division, the Islamabad Electric Supply Company, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the repair and reconstruction of a fallen boundary wall at its 132KV grid station located in Bhagwal. This civil works project is being procured under the FY 2026-27 budget allocation with reference number P61307. The contract will be awarded using the Single Stage-One Envelope bidding method with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidders must be registered on the ePADS v2.0 platform and possess requisite experience in similar civil construction works. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents.

Eligibility requirements include valid contractor registration and relevant civil works experience. Bidders must provide the mandatory bid security amount as detailed in the Bid Data Sheet.
