Revamping of RO Office 1st Floor at IESCO Complex Chakwal

IESCo Civil Division (Islamabad Electric Supply Company) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for civil works related to the revamping of RO Office Chakwal 1st Floor in the existing SE Office Building at IESCO Complex Chakwal. This procurement is planned for financial year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for the project. The work scope encompasses renovation and refurbishment of the specified office space within the IESCO Complex located in Chakwal, Federal province. The procurement is being conducted through a transparent competitive bidding process under the Public Procurement Rules 2004.

Bidders must meet the eligibility criteria as outlined in the bidding documents and possess relevant experience in civil construction and renovation works. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Call Deposit, or alternatively a Bid Securing Declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to be registered on EPADS v2.0 platform to participate in the bidding process and must comply with all procurement regulations and guidelines issued by the Authority.

E-bids prepared in accordance with the instructions must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before the closing deadline. The procurement will use Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique.
