Special Repair and Maintenance of Control House Building at 132 KV Grid Station F-11 Islamabad

IESCo Civil Division invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for special repair and maintenance works of the control house building at the 132 KV grid station F-11 located in Islamabad. The procurement is planned under the FY 2026-27 budget allocation and will be conducted using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The project encompasses comprehensive repair and maintenance of the control house structure at this critical electrical infrastructure facility in the Federal capital region.

Eligible bidders must be registered on the ePADS v2.0 portal and are required to submit bids accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, bank guarantee, or bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must meet eligibility criteria and possess necessary licenses and qualifications for civil works execution as outlined in the tender requirements.
