For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
IESCo is procuring structural repair and renovation of a single residential bungalow at its Chakwal colony.
Project scale appears small-to-medium based on typical bungalow scope. Notable: ePADS v2.0 registration is mandatory (not all bidders may have access); funding is pre-allocated for FY 2026-27, suggesting budget certainty. This is a one-off property restoration, not a framework or recurring contract. Tight deadline (7-8 months from notice) is standard for government fiscal planning.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 platform. No specific PEC category stated; typically civil contractors with PEC-III or above (if construction-registered) are eligible. NTN/SECP registration typically required. IESCO may impose experience prerequisites in bid documents. Registration on ePADS is the explicit gating requirement here.
