For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
IESCo seeks civil contractors for targeted repair/renovation of 4 residential units (D-type quarters) at two Chakwal locations.
Scale appears small-to-medium; works are standard residential renovation rather than complex infrastructure. Notably, this is a single fiscal-year project with no indication of repetition. Tight deadline (July 2026) and LCBS pricing method mean cost competitiveness will be decisive—quality differentiation opportunity is limited. Contractor must have active EPADS registration and valid civil works credentials.
Who can bid: Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 and hold valid civil construction licenses (typically PEC Category C or higher for building works in Pakistan). NTN registration and SECP compliance typically required. No specific restrictions stated; standard Public Procurement Rules 2004 apply. Verify exact PEC category requirement in tender documents.
