PCC Flooring and Fiber Shed Construction at IESCO Complex Rawalpindi

IESCo Civil Division invites electronic bids for civil works comprising PCC flooring of yard and construction of a fiber shed at IESCO Complex, Marrir Hassan, Rawalpindi under procurement reference P61097. The project is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 with funds reserved by the organization. This is a national competitive bidding opportunity open to eligible contractors through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) platform. The procurement will be evaluated using Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulatory guidelines.
