Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed tenders from well-reputed manufacturers, authorized dealers, suppliers and contractors for the supply and purchase of stationery items, computer stationery items and miscellaneous store items during the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is for supplies to be delivered in Islamabad and the reference number is F. No. 3(2)/2026-27-G. The scope covers various office supplies required for government operations throughout the fiscal year with items to be supplied at fixed quoted rates without any price increases.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be well-established firms registered with relevant authorities and based in Islamabad with at least three years of relevant experience in supplying stationery and computer stationery items. Bidders must be active taxpayers appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayer List, registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, and possess a valid AGPR Vendor Number. Bidders must submit bid security of Rs. 825,000 for stationery and computer stationery items or Rs. 550,000 for miscellaneous store items in the form of call deposit, pay order or bank draft. An affidavit on Rs. 200 stamp paper attested by a Notary Public is required confirming the firm has never been blacklisted and has no pending litigation.
Bids shall be submitted electronically through the PPRA e-Procurement System (EPADS) before the prescribed closing date and time specified in the advertisement, with original bid security and tender documents also submitted physically to the Section Officer (General), Ministry of Law and Justice, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. Technical proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives at the Committee Room, Ministry of Law and Justice, 3rd Floor, S-Block, Pak Secretariat, with financial proposals of technically qualified bidders opened subsequently.
