Description / Scope of Work
The Police Wireless Training School, Bahawalpur, invites sealed bids for a frame work contract to supply stationery, office supplies, hot and cold items, sports equipment, books, machinery and equipment repair services, furniture and fixtures, government vehicle and motorcycle parts, and dietary items for the financial year 2026-27. This is a multi-category procurement tender with an estimated cost of Rs. 14.53 million. The contract is issued on an as-and-when-required basis from well-reputed firms with proven experience, financial stability, and current registration with FBR (GST), Income Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Authority. The tender is open to suppliers with prior experience in supplying these categories to government departments.
Bidders must be registered with FBR (GST), Income Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax (PRA) and must submit earnest money equal to 5 percent of the estimated cost (Rs. 14.53 million) in the form of a pay order or call deposit. The bidding will follow the Stage-Single Two Envelope Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, with technical proposals evaluated separately from financial proposals. Bidders must provide an affidavit confirming they have never been blacklisted by any government department, along with undertakings on indemnity bonds, latest bank account statements, company profiles, and tax registration documentation.
Bids must be received by 11:00 AM on 21 September 2026, with opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Technical proposals will be opened first and evaluated without reference to price; financial proposals of technically compliant bids will be opened at a later date and venue to be announced. All bid pages must be signed, rates must be inclusive of GST and valid until 30 June 2027, and no carriage expenses are payable.
