Pre-qualification of Firms and Vendors for Repair, Maintenance, Civil Works and Purchases by Ministry of Science and Technology

The Ministry of Science and Technology, Islamabad, invites pre-qualification applications from eligible firms and vendors for repair and maintenance services, civil works, and purchases during the financial year 2026-27. This is a national-level procurement of non-consulting services under reference number P61094, conducted through a single-stage one-envelope bidding process. The Ministry has reserved funds for the planned procurement and intends to pre-qualify service providers who will subsequently be invited to participate in the formal bidding process. Only pre-qualified applicants will be entitled to participate in the subsequent procurement proceedings and tender contract awards.

The pre-qualification process is open to all national applicants subject to fulfilling the eligibility and qualification criteria specified in the pre-qualification document. Interested applicants must demonstrate relevant past experience, completed contracts, and satisfactory contract performance history. Applicants must possess valid business registration, tax clearance certificates, and comply with all regulatory requirements. The evaluation will assess technical and financial capability, organizational structure, and absence of pending litigation or historical contract non-performance.
