Minor Works Provision of Facilities at PAF by Military Engineer Services

The Military Engineer Services, Office of AGE (Air) Multan invites sealed tenders for fifteen minor works related to the provision of certain facilities at Pakistan Air Force (PAF) establishments under PPRA Rule 2004 Para 13 (1) and (2). The tender notice number 6000-AI/744/E-6 is dated 14 July 2026 and covers works with estimated costs ranging from approximately 0.950 to 1.989 million rupees, located at PAF bases in Punjab province. The total scope encompasses multiple facility provision projects distributed across categories U, V, and W, representing a significant infrastructure development initiative for the air force. All works fall under the minor works classification as defined by PPRA regulations and are open to eligible contractors meeting specified criteria.

Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories A, B, C, D, or E and must have prior experience in similar types of facility provision work at PAF establishments. Applicants are required to provide complete credentials as per Serial-9 specifications and must submit a certificate confirming they are not involved in any litigation with government departments or the Court of Law. Additionally, contractors must verify that no special report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them. All tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors who meet these eligibility and experience requirements.

Contractors must submit applications by 1130 hours on 4 August 2026, with tender opening scheduled for 1200 hours on the same date at the accepting officer's office. Tender documents must be sealed and clearly marked, and applications should include all required supporting documentation. Interested contractors may be present at the time of tender opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per Para 33 (i) of PPRA Rules. A tender earnest money deposit of Rs 15,000 has been collected in advance and deposited into the concerned account, with a copy of the deposit slip enclosed with this notice for reference.
