National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites electronic bids from registered suppliers and service providers for the replacement of floor standing air conditioning units installed at the Data Equipment Hall, NTC Regional Headquarters Building, located in Sector F-5/1, Islamabad, Federal. The tender is advertised under estimate number 316-D (b)/D.N. and seeks qualified contractors with relevant experience and active taxpayer status registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department to undertake this HVAC replacement work at the federal level telecommunications infrastructure facility.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department as active taxpayers and possess relevant experience for the work. Prospective suppliers and service providers are required to meet all technical and financial specifications as outlined in the detailed e-bidding documents. The Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted under Rule-48 of PPRA rules, 2004, with notification available on the official portals for bidder reference and complaints resolution.

Electronic bids must be submitted exclusively through EPADS on or before 05 August 2026 at 1030 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.
