Miscellaneous Services and Livestock Procurement by Punjab Counter Narcotics Force

Punjab Counter Narcotics Force invites electronic bids for the procurement of miscellaneous items and services under two separate heads of account for the financial year 2026-27. The first procurement relates to payment for other rendered services with an estimated amount of PKR 5,000,000 and a bid security of PKR 150,000. The second procurement concerns the purchase of live stock with an estimated amount of PKR 10,000,000 and a bid security of PKR 300,000. The total estimated procurement value is PKR 15,000,000. The procuring agency is located at 204-A Upper Mall Scheme Lahore and is responsible for counter-narcotics enforcement in Punjab province. Bidding documents containing all terms and conditions, requirements, and technical specifications can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the E-Procurement System website at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk before the closing date. The procurement will be conducted through electronic means using the E-Procurement System in accordance with PPRA Rule 12 and Section 5 of Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. Bidders are required to be firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized agents registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Each item-wise e-bid must comprise a single package containing technical and financial proposals inclusive of all taxes in complete conformity with the bidding document. E-bids must be submitted online on the E-PADS website by 08-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 08-09-2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
