Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Ordnance Factories, Filling Factory Wah Cantt, invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors for four separate term contracts valued at Rs. 2.00 Million each. The works include repair and maintenance with minor or artificer works, periodical services such as whitewashing, distemper and painting with weather shield, repair and maintenance of PCC approach and hard standing, and roof treatment with replacement of CGI sheets. All works are located at Filling Factory POF's Wah in the Federal region. The pre-qualification applications must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 20 July 2026, with tender documents issued by DCW up to 30 July 2026.
Applicants must possess experience, capability and resources in the relevant field. Required documents include partnership deed or certificate of registration, particulars of permanent staff with qualifications and experience, an affidavit confirming the firm has not been blacklisted by any department, certificates of payment of income tax, sales tax, PST and professional taxes, and copy of registration with Pakistan Engineering Council. Applications must be submitted on prescribed Performa as per MES Instruction No. 604/21. Contractors already working with POFs need only furnish particulars of work in hand outside POFs with client addresses. Those failing to provide the mentioned documents shall be disqualified.
Tender documents are available in the office of M.D and A.M-FBM POF Filling Factory after completion of the pre-qualification process. Sealed tenders filled with earnest money through CDR in favor of Managing Director Filling POF Wah Cantt must be submitted at the Bid Center before 11:30 hours on 08 August 2026, and will be opened at 12:00 hours on the same day at the Bid Center adjacent to Rabta Hall.
