Description / Scope of Work
MEPCO (Multan Electric Power Company), a provincial power distribution authority in Punjab, invites international competitive bids for the supply of 132KV Circuit Breakers for 132KV Capacitor Banks. This is a goods procurement conducted under single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure, reference PMU-02/2026-27 (ICB), with the bid closing date of 13 August 2026. The procurement is managed by the Manager Procurement (PMU) office under the Chief Engineer (Development) at MEPCO's headquarters on Khanewal Road, Multan, and covers essential electrical equipment for the company's capacitor bank infrastructure in the Multan region of Punjab.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including financial capacity, technical capability, and past experience with similar high-voltage electrical equipment. An Integrity Pact must be executed by all participants. Bid security in the form of a bid securing declaration or equivalent financial instrument is required as per the bid data sheet.
