Description / Scope of Work
Islamabad Club invites applications for prequalification of suppliers, authorized distributors, dealers, importers, and service providers across multiple categories of goods and services required for the Club's operational needs. The prequalification process aims to establish a panel of qualified and reliable vendors for future procurements through Open or Close Framework Agreements in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2004 as amended. The scope includes Engineering and Technical Supplies such as electrical items, plumbing and sanitary ware, HVAC materials, civil hardware, and building materials; Housekeeping Supplies including cleaning chemicals, equipment, tissue products, and laundry supplies; Kitchen and Food Service Supplies covering kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware; Food Supplies encompassing dry grocery, dairy products, bakery items, frozen foods, and beverages; Seafood supplies; Sports Supplies including sports equipment, gym equipment, and swimming pool equipment; Information Technology goods and services; and Security Supplies. The prequalification is valid for one year from the date of issuance of the Letter of Consent, extendable up to three years.
Applicants may apply for one or more categories and must meet specified eligibility criteria for suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, and service providers. The prequalification process does not guarantee award of any contract or purchase order; registration merely establishes a database for future procurement proceedings. Only prequalified applicants shall be entitled to participate in subsequent procurement processes. Shortlisted suppliers will be required to sign framework agreements where required subsequent to successful prequalification.
The prequalification document has been issued by Islamabad Club located at Murree Road, Islamabad. Interested applicants should contact the Club at Phone 051-9046000 Extensions 158 or 176, or via email at info@islamabadclub.org.pk for further details and clarification regarding the prequalification criteria and application procedures. The document dated August 21, 2026, establishes the framework for vendor registration and selection.

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Islamabad Club is opening a multi-category vendor registration process to build a prequalified panel for ongoing procurements.
The scope spans eight major categories from engineering supplies through food and IT goods and services — indicating significant and recurring procurement volume. Notably, this is a framework-based prequalification rather than a single tender, meaning successful bidders gain access to future purchase orders without competing again immediately. The one-year validity with three-year extension potential suggests long-term supplier relationships. Applicants can register across multiple categories, allowing diversified suppliers to capture multiple revenue streams.
Who can bid: The notice does not specify detailed eligibility criteria for applicants. Typically, suppliers must be registered with SECP or relevant trade authority, possess valid NTN, and hold appropriate business licenses. For specialized categories such as IT and security supplies, relevant certifications may be required. Manufacturers and authorized distributors should provide proof of authorization.
