Supply of Relief Items, Transport Repair Services and Exhibition Materials for Gilgit Division

The Office of the Commissioner Gilgit Division invites sealed tenders from authorized distributors, suppliers and well reputed firms for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement encompasses four main categories: repair and maintenance of transport regular and IS vehicles; unforeseen expenditure for purchase of relief items and disaster mitigation materials; exhibition and fairs related supplies; and miscellaneous items. The successful contractor will be bound to supply items to the Commissioner Office Gilgit until 30th June 2027. Eligibility is restricted to authorized distributors, suppliers and well reputed firms. Bidders must submit an affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper confirming they have never been blacklisted by any Government, Semi-Government Organization or PPRA. Earnest money must be attached as a demand draft or pay order in the name of Commissioner Gilgit Division from any scheduled bank, with amounts varying by category from Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 675,000. All tenders with incomplete supporting documents will be rejected, and firms quoting irrational or unjustifiable rates compared to market rates shall be disqualified. The evaluation will follow a Single Stage-two envelope procedure using a 70:30 weightage formula with 70 marks for technical proposal and 30 marks for financial proposal, requiring minimum 60 percent marks in the technical component.

Tender forms and NITs are available for non-refundable fees deposited through Treasury Challan in the National Bank of Pakistan: Rs. 10,000 for Transport Repair tenders, Rs. 8,000 for Unforeseen Expenditures and Relief Items, and Rs. 4,000 for Exhibition and other categories.
