Description / Scope of Work
The Deputy Commissioner Nagar, Government of Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed tenders from well-reported registered firms for the procurement of multiple services and supplies during the financial year 2026-2027. The scope includes seven categories of works: stationery, miscellaneous items, repair of transport vehicles, hiring of private vehicles, tent services for special events, fair and exhibition arrangements, and food and diet services. The tender is applicable to all regular budget programmes and special occasions taking place in District Nagar. Call deposits range from 100,000 to 150,000 Pakistani rupees depending on the nature of work, with tender document fees of 4,000 rupees each. This procurement represents a significant opportunity for service providers and suppliers to contract with the district administration in the Gilgit-Baltistan region.
Intending vendors must be registered firms and are required to submit a copy of their registration certificate along with their bids. Each tender must include a refundable bank draft in the specified amount payable to the Deputy Commissioner Nagar as earnest money. Offers submitted without the required call deposit will not be entertained, and bank open or cross cheques are explicitly not accepted. All required documents must be attested by a magistrate, and quotations should be signed and stamped. For vehicle repair services, bidders must commit to providing genuine spare parts, and any spare parts shop must be located within District Nagar. The rates quoted are valid until 30 June 2027.
Documents submission is scheduled for 3 August 2026 from 10:00 am, with bid opening on the same day at 10:30 am. No tender copies will be accepted after the specified date and time.
