Description / Scope of Work
The Project Director of the Strengthening Digital Monitoring, Project Coordination and Forest Governance Systems invites bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) for construction and rehabilitation work in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project involves civil works and internal electrification for a Committee Room in the Office of the Additional Secretary (Development) under the Forest Development Fund, with an estimated cost of Rs. 10.00 million. This tender is issued in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) Rules 2014 on a single-stage, one-envelope bidding system. The work location is at the Civil Secretariat in Peshawar, and completion shall be as per the issued work order.
Eligible contractors and firms must be registered with the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS), Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-2027, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with active status, and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active NTN. Bidders must possess sufficient experience in the field of construction and rehabilitation work. The bid security requirement is 2 percent of the estimated cost, to be submitted as an earnest money call deposit in original form. Bids must be quoted on a percentage above or below the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) or Engineer's cost estimate based on MRS-2025 1st Bi-annual rates.
Bidding documents are available for download from the official ePADS website at https://eprocure.gov.pk/ after the Notice of Invitation to Tender (NIT) is published by KPPRA. The completed BOQ must be filled neatly, scanned, and uploaded through ePADS at the time of bid submission. Proposals must be submitted electronically through ePADS on or before 24th July 2026 at 1:00 PM, with hard copies delivered to the office of the Project Director, Additional Secretary (Development), CCFE&W Department, Civil Secretariat, Peshawar. Bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. All proposals must be signed and stamped by an authorized person of the firm.
