AOM&R for Machinery and Civil Works of Water Supply Schemes by PHE Dir Lower

The Public Health Engineering Division Dir Lower, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for Annual Operation, Maintenance and Repair (AOM&R) services for completed water supply schemes across three sub-divisions in Dir Lower during the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27. The tender comprises six separate work packages: three packages for machinery work in Sub Division Timergara, Samarbagh, and Chakdara with estimated costs of Rs. 7.850 million, Rs. 5.527 million, and Rs. 4.422 million respectively for 2026-27; and three packages for civil work in the same sub-divisions with estimated costs of Rs. 5.150 million, Rs. 4.054 million, and Rs. 3.396 million respectively for 2025-26. The total procurement value across all six packages is approximately Rs. 30.4 million, covering essential repair and maintenance services to ensure the continued functionality of water supply infrastructure throughout the district.

Eligible bidders must hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under relevant codes, Provincial Enlistment Committee registration for 2026-27, and active taxpayer status with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Electrical and mechanical contractors must possess a workshop registered in their name located in Dir Lower district with a valid electrical inspector's inspection certificate for 2026-27. Bid security at 2% of the estimated cost plus stamp duty is required, with tender form fees ranging from Rs. 1,700 to Rs. 3,900 depending on the work package. All contractors must submit an affidavit on stamp paper attesting commitment to prioritize emergency repairs without delay and provide a three-month warranty on all repair work. Additional security shall be submitted as per KPPRA notification regulations.

Bidding documents are available for download from the EPAD System (Kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Eligible bidders must submit required documents and bids online through EPAD and send original earnest money in call deposit form to the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Dir Lower, via courier well before the closing date. Original bid security must be received by 12:00 P.M. on 06-08-2025, with tender opening scheduled for 12:30 P.M. the same day in the presence of participating contractors or their authorized representatives.
