Medical Equipment Procurement for Cath Lab, Burn Center & Eye Department FY 2025-26

The Medical Teaching Institution (MTI), Mufti Mehmood Memorial Teaching Hospital D.I.Khan, established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reforms Act 2015, invites sealed bids for procurement of medical equipment and supplies for the financial year 2025-26. This tender encompasses five categories for two-envelope bidding: Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Equipment, ENT Equipment, Eye Equipment, Burn Center Shortwave Diathermy, and Local Purchase of Medicine and Surgical items, with estimated values ranging from 500,000 Pakistani Rupees for consumables to specialized diagnostic and therapeutic equipment. The procurement is conducted through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) and is open to all eligible vendors with valid Income and Sales tax registration on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue.

All bidders must meet the eligibility criteria established under KP-PPRA Rules 2014 and possess valid ATL registration. Bid security is required at the rates specified for each category, ranging from 2 percent for equipment categories to fixed amounts for consumables. Bidders are required to submit all mandatory documents including bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) made payable to MTI MMM TH D.I.Khan. Technical and financial bid envelopes must be submitted separately through the EPADS portal.

The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 31st July 2026 at 10:30 AM in the Conference Room of the Administration Block of the hospital in D.I.Khan. Bid submission deadline is 21st August 2026 at 10:30 AM via EPADS, with technical bid opening on the same date at 11:00 AM.
