Procurement of Goods and Services for Sukkur Begari Bund Division by Irrigation Department Sindh

The Irrigation Department, Government of Sindh invites e-bids for the procurement of goods and services of Abkalani material for Sukkur Begari Bund Division Sukkur and its off-taking channels for the financial year 2026-27. This is a national competitive bidding under the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) Rules 2010 (Amended 2019), conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) in Single Stage One Envelope method. The tender reference is SKP/G-148/679, dated 06 July 2026, and is issued by the Executive Engineer, Sukkur Begari Bund Division located in Sukkur, Sindh province. The bidding documents fee is Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) and the call deposit/bid security required is Rs. 1,000,000.

Bidders must be registered with relevant provincial and federal tax authorities including FBR and SRB and must provide tax registration certificates and CNIC affidavits confirming no blacklisting history. Bid security must be provided in the form of call deposit only in the name of Executive Engineer Begari Sindh Feeder Division Kashmore at any Schedule Bank. The rates quoted must be inclusive of all taxes at prevailing rates in vogue and remain valid and effective until 30 June 2027. Conditional bids will not be entertained. Contractors with the lowest approved rates will be bound to supply material for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and Major Repair (M&R) works at site as and when required during the financial year 2026-27.

Bidding documents will be issued until 27 July 2026 during office working hours and received back on the same date. Bids will be opened on 27 July 2026 at 12:00 noon by the Procurement Committee in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives at the Office of the Executive Engineer, Sukkur Begari Bund Division Sukkur. In case of un-responded bids, a second schedule will be conducted with bids received on 12 August 2026 at 12:00 noon and opened on 12 August 2026 at 1:00 PM.
