Abkalani Material and Services Procurement by Begari Division Jacobabad

The Executive Engineer, Begari Division, Jacobabad invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of abkalani material, vehicle and machinery on hire charges, and miscellaneous items under Operation & Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair works for the financial year 2026-2027. The tender covers supply of goods and services along Begari Canal from Mile 33/0 to 78/0 and its off-taking channels in Jacobabad, Sindh province. The estimated value involves a call deposit of PKR 1,000,000 as bid security. This is a national competitive bidding opportunity issued under SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2019) following the Single Stage - two Envelope Procedure.

Bidders must be registered with relevant Federal and Provincial Tax Authorities including FBR and SRB, and shall submit valid registration certificates, copies of CNIC, and an affidavit confirming the firm has never been blacklisted. Successful bidders will be required to supply materials for O&M and M&R works as needed through written orders during the financial year 2026-2027.
