The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids through PPRA E-PADS on a single stage two envelope basis from well-reputed, experienced, and financially sound firms and companies for the provision of interior décor plan at Daycare at KHINAMS, Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad, Punjab. The scope of work includes provision of furniture, book racks, children kiosks, mixed playing equipment, decorative 3D panels, small rugs, blinds for windows, crockery and cutlery sets, and other ancillary items as detailed in the bidding documents. Interested bidders must have a minimum of 02 years relevant experience in interior décor plan and establishment in government or private sector organizations or institutes. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for GST and income tax purposes. The bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the total bid value is payable as call deposit or bank draft in favor of NUMS (ITN 9010197-0) and must be submitted physically at NUMS before the closing deadline, with a scanned copy uploaded on PPRA E-PADS. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon submission of a non-refundable pay order demand draft of PKR 3,000 in favor of NUMS (ITN 9010197-0) during working hours. The last date for submission of bids is Thursday, 3rd September 2026 by 0930 hours. Proposals shall be opened on the same day at 1000 hours in the Conference Room, NUMS (ATR), Adiala Road, opposite APS Jinnah Road to Mark-u-Haq Colony, Rawalpindi, in the presence of participating bidders and their authorized representatives. Late, incomplete, or bids submitted through email or fax shall not be entertained. The bidding process shall be conducted through PPRA E-PADS, and interested bidders are required to ensure registration on the E-PADS for participation.
