Description / Scope of Work
The Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) invites bids for the procurement of goods and services related to water infrastructure development in Sindh province. The scope of work encompasses supplies and materials for Rohri Main Canal from RD 191 to 480 and its off-taking channels, S.M. Bund from Mile 0/0 to 80/0 including right and left guide banks, and the J-Spur of Dadu Moro Makhdoom Bilal Bridge. Additionally, the procurement includes office equipment, stationery, and other miscellaneous items required for project implementation. This is a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procurement conducted under standard government procedures for goods procurement in Pakistan.
Bidding is open to eligible vendors and suppliers meeting the criteria set out in the bidding documents. Interested bidders must obtain the complete bidding documents by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 4,000. The bidding documents comprise the Invitation for Bids, Bid Data Sheet, Special Conditions of Contract, Schedule of Requirements, Technical Specifications, and required forms. Bidders are required to submit their bids in accordance with the instructions provided in Part One and Part Two of the bidding documents, which outline eligibility requirements, bid security provisions, and evaluation criteria for the procurement.
Prospective bidders should obtain the complete set of bidding documents from the SPPRA office by submitting the required fee along with a Demand Draft or Pay Order. Bids must be submitted before the closing date and time as specified in the Bid Data Sheet. The bid opening will be conducted publicly on the specified date.
