Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer Irrigation Division Dera Bugti invites sealed electronic bids from eligible contractors for the execution of irrigation works in Pharaho Damat Pirkoh Area District Upper Dera Bugti, Balochistan Province under reference PRO No.134-13-07-2026. The tender is floated for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage basis with a tender fee of PKR 2,000 and an estimated project cost of PKR 3 million or more. The work scope includes single stage two envelope sealed bidding procedure for irrigation infrastructure development in the specified area.
Eligibility of bidders is established under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered on the Active Tax Payers List with the Federal Board of Revenue and cannot be blacklisted by any procurement agency of Pakistan. Contractors must have completed similar nature of work within the last three years with a minimum contract value of 60 percent of the project cost. Relevant qualifications include membership in the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-3 and above or equivalent. Tender documents require bid security in the form of 2 percent bank guarantee call deposit or CDR from a scheduled bank, and tender fees of PKR 2,000 in shape of Green Chalan from NBP.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard on BPPRA's Electronic Public Procurement System latest by 27 July 2026 at 09:00 AM.
