Refurbishment and Improvement Works of Executive Offices at HEC by Higher Education Commission

The Higher Education Commission (HEC), H-9 Islamabad invites sealed bids from reputable firms and contractors having relevant experience and registration with Income Tax and GST Department for the execution of refurbishment and improvement works of executive offices at HEC premises in Islamabad. This tender encompasses renovation and enhancement of office facilities located in the Auditorium Block at HEC's main campus. The project aims to modernize and upgrade the existing executive office infrastructure to meet contemporary standards and operational requirements. The work is estimated at Rs. 150,000 with a bid security amount of Rs. 150,000 in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft payable to the Director General (Finance), HEC. Prospective bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and possess valid Salaried Income Tax return and GST registration certificates. Bidders are required to provide evidence of completion of at least three significant repair and maintenance works of buildings within the preceding five years, supported by relevant work orders and completion certificates. All bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents and submitted using the E-PADS system on or before July 28, 2026 at 11:30 pm. Bid documents are available for collection at the Engineering Section, Services Division HEC during office hours. The bid opening ceremony will take place on the same day at 02:00 pm in the Auditorium Block.
