Major Rehabilitation of Toilet Blocks at JTC JIAP Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority invites sealed competitive bids for the Major Rehabilitation of Toilet Blocks in Different Areas of JTC JIAP Karachi under PPRA Rule 36(b). The estimated cost of this project is Rs. 12,000,000 with an earnest money requirement of Rs. 600,000. The scope encompasses comprehensive rehabilitation and renovation of toilet facilities across multiple areas within the Jinnah International Airport terminal complex in Karachi, Sindh province. This is a significant infrastructure improvement project aimed at enhancing passenger amenities and maintaining international standards at the airport. The work is scheduled to commence following the completion of the tender process and contract award.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration (STR). Contractors must provide evidence of relevant experience in similar construction and rehabilitation works. The bid security or earnest money of Rs. 600,000 is mandatory and must be submitted with the bid documents. Only bids meeting the eligibility requirements will be evaluated, and preference may be given to bidders with prior airport or large-scale commercial project experience.

Bid documents are available through the electronic PPRA e-PADS portal and must be submitted before 11:00 AM on 04 August 2026. The tender closing and opening will occur on 04 August 2026 at 11:30 AM through the e-PADS system.
