Installation of Street Lights and LED Fixtures by Peshawar Development Authority

Peshawar Development Authority invites sealed bids through ePADS for three civil infrastructure works in Peshawar, Sindh Province. The first project involves installation of electric poles, conductor and allied materials for external electrification of the new extension of KMT (estimated cost 49.5 million rupees, 2% of estimated cost as tender document fee, 5000 rupees). The second project concerns provisioning and installation of LED Street Lights on Grid Station Road along Sector C and surrounding areas near RMT Peshawar (estimated cost 18.76 million rupees, 2% of estimated cost as tender document fee, 5000 rupees). The third project includes solarization of tube wells at various locations in Hayatabad Model Town (estimated cost 27.308 million rupees, 2% of estimated cost as tender document fee, 5000 rupees). All projects are to be executed in Peshawar.

Bidders must be registered with ePADS (all projects), PEC (electrical works), FIR (NTN status), and possess relevant licenses as mentioned. Bid security at 2% of estimated cost is mandatory. Bidders shall submit original bids by file uploading through ePADS before the closing deadline of 6 August 2026 at 12 noon. Reserved bids will be opened on the same date at 2:00 PM in the office of the Peshawar Development Authority procurement committee, with representatives invited to attend.

Sample tender forms and bid solicitation documents (BOQ) are available for download from the official ePADS website. Bids must include 25% bid security and additional security as required. All bids must be uploaded through ePADS before the last date and time specified. Tender opening will occur in the presence of bidders and their representatives.
