Description / Scope of Work
Lahore Waste Management Company, established under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984, invites bids for the procurement of electric water coolers for the Multan Municipal Waste Management facility. This is a single stage two envelope bidding procedure for the supply and delivery of electric water cooling equipment to support operational requirements at the Multan MBS location in Punjab. The procurement scope includes the provision of quality electric water coolers meeting specified technical standards and performance requirements. Interested bidders must meet eligibility criteria including valid business registration and relevant experience in similar supply contracts. Bidders are required to submit bid security in the form of a bank draft, pay order, or guarantee issued by a scheduled bank. The bid security shall be equivalent to the percentage specified in the bid data sheet and must remain valid for thirty days beyond the bid validity period. Eligible goods must be new, unused, and conform to the technical specifications and standards outlined in the bidding documents. Bid documents are available for collection from the company office located at Office 04-05, Floor No. 4, Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road, Opposite LDA Plaza, Lahore during official business hours. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with bidder identification and tender reference, submitted no later than the deadline specified. Bid opening will be conducted at the company office in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
