Multimedia System Procurement and Installation for Management Block by UHS Lahore

University of Health Sciences, Lahore invites bids for the procurement and installation of multimedia systems in two rooms of the Management Block at UHS Jinnah Campus in Karachi, Sindh Province. The project is valued at PKR 1,100,243 and encompasses the supply and complete installation of multimedia equipment to enhance presentation and communication capabilities in these designated rooms. This tender is open to sole proprietors, manufacturers, authorized distributors, and authorized dealers registered with relevant tax authorities including sales tax and income tax departments.

Eligible bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated contract value, equivalent to PKR 22,005, in the form of a bank guarantee, call deposit receipt, or online transfer made payable to the Treasurer, University of Health Sciences, Lahore. All participating firms and companies are required to be properly registered with sales tax and income tax authorities. The procurement process will follow single-stage two-envelope bidding procedures as per Punjab E-Procurement System regulations and PPRA Punjab Rule 38(2)(a), ensuring fair and transparent competitive bidding with emphasis on value for money.
