Description / Scope of Work
The District Police Officer, Bhakkar invites bids for a Frame Work Contract through E-Procurement for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement covers ten categories of goods and services including lubricants and mobile oil (estimated cost 9 million rupees), stationery items (4 million), printing charges (2 million), cost of other store items (1 million), computer stationery (3 million), miscellaneous items (10 million), bed and boxes (1 million), tents and tarpals (2 million), plant and machinery items (5 million), and furniture and fixture items (5 million). The total estimated contract value spans approximately 42 million rupees. This Frame Work Contract is being procured by the District Police Office located in Bhakkar, Punjab, through the E-Procurement system for government supplies required during the 2026-2027 financial year.
Bidding is open to all eligible suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized sales and service dealers who are not under any declaration of blacklisting by government departments. Bidders must provide proof of NTN and Sales Tax registration certification. The bid security requirement is 2 percent of the estimated cost for each item category, to be submitted in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. All bidders must submit their best and final prices as negotiations are not expected following the tender process.
The bidding document is available for download from the E-Procurement platform and the PPRA website. Bids must be submitted and uploaded through the E-Procurement system by 30th July, 2026 before 12:00 PM. Bid opening will be conducted at 01:00 PM on the same date at the Office of the District Police Officer, Bhakkar in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
