Procurement of 500KVA Oil Type PMT by NED University of Engineering & Technology

NED University of Engineering & Technology, a premier engineering institution in Sindh, invites sealed bids for the procurement of one unit of 500KVA oil type power transformer (PMT) for the Directorate of Works & Services. The tender is issued under the single stage one envelope procedure through the Electronic Procurement Aggregation and Dissemination System (EPADS). Interested firms with valid registrations in Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Sindh Revenue Board are invited to submit their bids. Bidders must meet specific eligibility criteria to qualify. Applicants must possess at least three years of demonstrated experience in the relevant field of power transformers or similar machinery supply. The average turnover for the last three years must not be less than Rs 5 million per year, supported by detailed turnover statements including rupee values. Firms must hold current registration with the Federal Board of Revenue or Sindh Revenue Board as applicable. Additionally, bidders are required to submit an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper certifying no litigation history, non-blacklisting status, and undertaking that they have never engaged in corrupt, fraudulent or collusive practices. Bid security of five percent of the bid cost must be submitted in the form of a pay order in favour of the Director Finance, NED University.

Bids must be submitted exclusively through EPADS by 10:00 AM on 4 August 2026, with opening scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
