Supply of Transport Repair, Lubricants and Miscellaneous Items by DPO Gilgit

The Office of the District Police Officer, District Gilgit invites sealed tender bids from Form-C registered Government contractors and firms for the supply of six classification items during Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement covers Transport Repair, Lubricants, Other Miscellaneous items, Machinery and Equipment, Plant and Machinery, and Meal Items required by the DPO Office Gilgit. Tender documents can be obtained from SSP Office Gilgit during official office hours. The tender reference number is SPG-2(19)/0698 and the submission deadline is July 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.

Bidders must be Form-C registered Government contractors or firms with a responsible and operational office or shop in Gilgit city. All items must be original and genuine with complete supporting documentation; incomplete tender submissions will not be accepted. A call deposit in the form of bank draft payable to SSP Gilgit must accompany each bid submission. Submission rates must be acceptable through the end of Financial Year 2026-27, and unrealistic or inflated pricing will be rejected. The department reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to bid acceptance as per PPRA rules.

Tender documents are available from the MT branch SSP Office Gilgit for Transport Repair and Lubricants items, and from the Accounts Branch SSP Office for Other Miscellaneous, Machinery and Equipment, Plant and Machinery, and Meal Items. Bids must reach the office of the undersigned by 11:00 AM on July 30, 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives. All conditions outlined in the Terms of Reference issued by SSP Office will be binding, and tender forms are collected on fixed rates according to GB Finance Act 2024.
