Framework e-Procurement Contract for Transport, Machinery, Furniture, IT Equipment and Building Works 2026-2027

The District Police Officer Mianwali invites sealed bids through open competitive e-procurement for a framework contract covering repair and supply of miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-2027. The tender encompasses nine categories: transport (estimated cost 30 million rupees), hot and cold equipment (1 million), sports items (2 million), road and safety materials (4 million), machinery repairs (3.5 million), furniture repairs (3 million), other building works (45 million), IT equipment (3 million), and diet charges or emergency duties related to Moharram-ul-Harram celebrations (6 million). The total estimated contract value exceeds 97 million rupees. This framework agreement will serve the District Police Office located in Mianwali, Punjab, and is intended to provide eligible payments for various operational and maintenance requirements throughout the financial year.

Eligible bidders include all suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized sales and service dealers who are not under blacklisting declarations by any government department. Bidders must possess valid NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates. A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost for each category must be submitted in the form of a crossed demand draft, pay order, or CDR from a scheduled bank of Pakistan. The bidding process follows Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 as amended, conducted through a single-stage, single-envelope open competitive procedure.

Bids must be submitted and uploaded through the e-procurement system by 28th July 2026 before 12:00 PM.
