Supply of IT Equipment to GBRSP by Gilgit-Baltistan Rural Support Programme

Gilgit-Baltistan Rural Support Programme, a government entity registered under section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 as a not-for-profit company established by the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan in 2012, invites sealed proposals from experienced and registered IT equipment suppliers for the supply of IT items to GBRSP for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is based at Gilgit and encompasses various IT equipment and related services as detailed in the bidding documents. This is a government procurement activity conducted under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 with oversight from GB-PPRA.

Bidders must be experienced and registered IT suppliers meeting the criteria outlined in the bidding documents. The bidding documents contain detailed terms and conditions, procurement methodology, bid security requirements, bid validity periods, evaluation criteria, performance guarantees, and clarification or rejection procedures. Interested bidders are required to obtain the bidding documents from GBRSP Head Office located near Forest Complex in Jutial, Gilgit, at a submission fee of Rs 2000, or alternatively through email at iqtidar.hussain@gbrsp.org.pk as per Rule 23(5) of Public Procurement Rules 2004.

Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents must be submitted to GBRSP Head Office, Near Forest Complex, Jutial, Gilgit on or before 11:00 AM on July 27, 2026.
