IT Equipment Procurement for NUST H-12 Campus Islamabad

The National University of Science and Technology Islamabad (NUST) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of IT equipment for its H-12 Campus in Islamabad under reference P62141. This is a national competitive procurement using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique, conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for this project. All bidding will be conducted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0) platform.

Eligible bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a pay order or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents.
