Description / Scope of Work
The Government of Sindh invites sealed competitive bids for the supply of Daily Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LP) for the fiscal year 2026/27. This procurement covers LP supply requirements across various government departments, educational institutions, health facilities, and administrative offices throughout Sindh Province. The tender encompasses supply of LP in specified quantities and specifications as detailed in the bid documents, with delivery required to multiple locations within Sindh. The estimated contract value exceeds Rs. 5000, with suppliers required to provide bid security as per procurement regulations and maintain compliance with quality and delivery standards throughout the contract period.
Eligible bidders must be registered suppliers of LP gas with proper business licenses and certificates from relevant authorities. All suppliers must comply with environmental and safety regulations for petroleum products in Pakistan. The bid security requirement of Rs. 5000 must accompany technical proposals. Bidders should note that no discounts or rebates will be entertained, and all terms and conditions as per PPRA Rules must be adhered to strictly. Suppliers must demonstrate previous experience in bulk LP supply to government institutions.
Bid documents are available from the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) office or through www.ppra.org.pk. Sealed bids must be submitted by 30 June 2026 at 10:00 AM at the designated office. Bid opening will occur on 30 June 2026 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes for Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal to avoid confusion.
