For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

GBES Rescue 1122 seeks three separate supply/service contracts for FY 2026-27: vehicle repair/maintenance, medicines/emergency drugs, and industrial gases (O₂, CO₂, DCP refills).
This is a recurring annual procurement for an emergency services organisation. Scale appears medium—three distinct categories with staggered bid securities suggest multiple bidders expected per category. Notable: mandatory Skardu location requirement limits geographic competition; contract runs to June 2027 with bid security held until maturity, indicating longer operational commitment.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered auto workshops, spare parts suppliers, medicines distributors, or gas suppliers with demonstrated Skardu presence/experience. Spare parts suppliers must confirm existing workshop location. Typically requires NTN/SECP registration and valid business license. No PEC category mentioned (non-construction). CDR from scheduled bank required as bid security.
