Gilgit Baltistan Emergency Services (Rescue 1122) invites sealed bids from registered auto workshops, auto spare part suppliers and medicine distributors for three categories of work during the financial year 2026-27. The tender, referenced as Rescue-GHE/TENDERS (Reg.)/2026-27 dated 16th July 2026, covers repair and maintenance work of emergency vehicles including ambulances, fire vehicles and motor bikes; supply of medicine and related items; and refilling of oxygen cylinders, fire extinguishers and associated items. The work is required for the Khaplu office located in Gilgit-Baltistan province, with bid security amounts of Rs. 50,000 for the first category and Rs. 20,000 each for the second and third categories.
Bidders must be registered businesses with relevant experience in their respective fields. Bid security of Rs. 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Only) or Rs. 20,000 (Twenty Thousand Only) as applicable must be provided with bids in the form of bank draft or CDR in favor of the Rescue & Safety Officer DDO GBES Rescue 1122 Ghanche. Auto spare part suppliers must specify an existing auto workshop within Khaplu city. The CDR will be retained until contract maturity on 30th June 2027. Tender documents are issued only upon provision of a treasury challan showing a nonrefundable deposit of Rs. 4,000 in the GB consolidated account.
Tender documents with Bill of Quantities may be obtained until 22nd July 2026 during working hours from the Accounts section of Rescue 1122 Khaplu Ghanche on written request in the name of District Incharge. A single stage one envelope procedure will be adopted with all envelopes completely sealed and signed. All bids must reach the district station Rescue 1122 Khaplu Ghanche by 05-08-2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day. Bid openings for the three categories are scheduled at 11:00 AM, 01:00 PM and 02:00 PM respectively on 05-08-2026.
