Framework Contract for Pakistan Bait-ul-Maal Funded Medicines and Surgical Items by Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi

Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi invites electronic bids from well-reputed medicines firms and pharmacies for a framework contract to purchase Pakistan Bait-ul-Maal funded national and multinational medicines, surgical, orthopedic and disposable items for the financial year 2026-27. The tender is for procurement of essential pharmaceutical and medical supplies with an estimated contract value of Rs. 10,000,000. This procurement is conducted in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 on a single stage two envelope bidding basis. Bidders must possess a valid Pharmacy Retail Drug Sale License (Form 9) registered with the E-Procurement Punjab System and be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Professional Tax authorities. The firm proprietor must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and have a minimum of one year experience supplying medicines to government or autonomous institutions. A mandatory bid security of Rs. 200,000 (2 percent of estimated cost) must be submitted as a call deposit receipt, bank guarantee, or pay order in the name of the Medical Superintendent. All bidders must provide bank statements, audit inspection reports, tax returns, and affidavits confirming compliance with the Drug Act 1976 and non-blacklisting status.
