Disposal of Unserviceable ACSR Conductor Scrap by LESCO

Lahore Electric Supply Company invites electronic bids for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap materials through the E-PADS Version 2.0 platform. The tender comprises two lots of ACSR conductor scrap: Lot 1 contains 44,780 kilograms of ACSR Dog Conductor Scrap from the 132KV Grid Station Bucheki, with a bid security of PKR 470,000, and Lot 2 contains 48,000 kilograms of ACSR Lynx Conductor Scrap from the C-Type Store Shalamar in Lahore, with a bid security of PKR 650,000. The items are being disposed on an as-is-where-is basis and are located at LESCO stores in Punjab. Interested bidders may inspect the scrap materials on working days during office hours at the specified locations.

All prospective bidders must meet the eligibility and qualification criteria outlined in the bidding documents and are required to submit bid security in an acceptable form before the scheduled submission deadline. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and technical specifications are available for download from the PPRA website and the E-PADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. The procurement shall be conducted in accordance with the 36/A procedure of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 as amended, under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure through the national open competitive bidding mechanism.

Bid submission deadline is 30 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. All bids are considered exclusive of taxes, with applicable government taxes to be charged separately at final payment. The original bid security must be submitted to the office of the Chief Engineer Materials Management at LESCO Headquarters before the scheduled bid submission time.
