Disposal of Unserviceable and Scrap Items by Lahore Electric Supply Company

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites e-bids from interested firms and bidders for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap materials through the E-PADS (Version 2.0) platform in Punjab. This tender covers six lots of scrap items including ACSR dog conductor scrap, copper scrap with rubber teflon insulation, wooden scrap, auto reclosers, battery scrap, and tyre tubes with a total estimated quantity of 65,605 kilograms and units across multiple locations. The materials are stored at LESCO's Regional Store Shalamar and various 132KV Grid Stations. The disposal is being conducted on an "as is where is" basis with interested bidders permitted to inspect items during working hours at the specified locations in Punjab.

Bidders must meet standard eligibility and qualification criteria as outlined in the bidding documents. Each lot requires submission of mandatory bid security in fixed amounts ranging from PKR 740 to PKR 700,000 depending on the lot, which must be submitted to the Chief Engineer (MM) at LESCO Headquarters before the scheduled bid submission time. Reserve prices are exclusive of all applicable taxes, which will be charged separately at the time of final payment as per government rules. All bidders must execute an undertaking regarding blacklisting, Environmental Protection Agency compliance, and acceptance of terms and conditions.

The bidding process follows the 36/A procedure of PPRA Rules 2004 as amended, conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. The bid opening is scheduled for 30 July 2026 at 11:00 AM.
