Supply of 04 Pump Operators Cum Chowkidars for JPCL Water Sewage Plants by Jamshoro Power Company

Jamshoro Power Company Limited (Genco-I), a subsidiary of Genco Holding Company Limited, invites tenders for hiring a firm or contractor to supply four (04) pump operators cum chowkidars for the JPCL Water Sewage Plants Residential Colony in Jamshoro, Sindh Province. The contract duration is three months with a total estimated value of Rs. 716,400.00 at a rate of Rs. 1,990.00 per day per person. The work scope includes providing manpower to work eight hours per day, six days a week with one unpaid weekly rest day. The tenderer reference number is T-867/26/EE and the work completion period is six months from the date of work order issuance.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Sales Tax (SST) authority, possessing active taxpayer status on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL). Participating firms are required to hold original registration certificates from the Income Tax Department (NTN Certificates), General Sales Tax (GST), and Sindh Sales Tax (SST). Bidders must submit a 5% earnest money deposit as bid security in the form of a call deposit or pay order from scheduled banks of Pakistan, payable to the RE(M) TPS Jamshoro. Improper, incomplete, or conditional bids will be rejected summarily. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance.

Bidding documents are available for download from PPRA (EPAD) and the JPCL website. Error-free bids without cutting or erasure must be uploaded on EPAD by July 30, 2026 at 11:00 hours. Tender opening is scheduled for July 31, 2026 at 11:30 hours through EPAD. Bidders must deposit the original call deposit or pay order with the tender opening committee before the closing time.
