Description / Scope of Work
Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) Computer Center invites bids for the procurement of Office 365 Plans and Email services under tender reference P31736. This is a single stage one envelope open competitive bidding process utilizing the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement will be conducted through EPADS v2.0, Pakistan's e-procurement system, and is open to all eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 for Non-Consultancy Services. The project is based in Faisalabad, Punjab, and covers the provision of comprehensive office productivity and email solutions for the utility company's operations.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and licensed for Non-Consultancy Services provision. All bids must be accompanied by bid security amounting to Rs. 100,000 (one hundred thousand only) in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Demand Draft made payable to the Chief Executive Officer FESCO and in the prescribed format as detailed in the bidding documents.
