Procurement of Dry Batteries by Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of dry batteries through e-bidding on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). The procurement follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. This is a goods procurement tender for the FESCO Computer Center Faisalabad located in Punjab province. All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. A mandatory bid security of Rs. 70,000 (seventy thousand rupees only) is required from all participants, to be submitted in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Demand Draft made out to the Chief Executive Officer FESCO as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders should ensure they meet all procurement requirements and have the necessary qualifications and licenses as outlined in the tender documentation.

E-bids prepared according to the instructions in the e-bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, July 31, 2026 at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same date at 03:30 PM using EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted.
