For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
UPS maintenance and battery replacement services for a government office building across multiple floors.
Moderate-scale procurement of standardized components requiring technical capability in lead-acid battery handling and UPS servicing. Tight submission deadline (within 48 hours of notice publication assumed) and mandatory hard-copy CDR submission before e-bid closing creates dual-submission complexity. Likely one-off maintenance project rather than recurring contract, though UPS servicing suggests potential for future annual maintenance work.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid registration with Income Tax or Sales Tax Department. Typically, electrical/UPS service contractors require relevant PEC registration or SECP incorporation, though the notice specifies tax registration only. Non-blacklisted status from any Government Department mandatory at bid submission.
