Jamshoro Power Company Limited (JPCL) invites sealed bids for procurement of transportation services on aggregate charges per ton basis for coal movement from X-Mines Loading Point in Thar to the 660MW Coal Fired Power Plant (CFPP) at Jamshoro in Sindh Province. This is a critical logistics contract to support continuous power generation operations, with transportation services required in full compliance with applicable environmental guidelines and regulations. The procurement is conducted through a single stage one envelope procedure under national competitive bidding rules established by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
Eligible bidders must hold valid business registration and possess requisite experience in coal transportation operations. Bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the bid data sheet along with their proposals. Technical qualifications, fleet capacity, environmental compliance credentials, and operational expertise in similar assignments will be evaluated during the bidding process.
