Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites competitive bids for the provision of non-consultancy services relating to loading and carriage/transportation of rock salt from Makrach Mine No. 58 at PMDC Salt Mines, Makrach. This is a national level procurement under open competitive bidding using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, governed by the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The contract covers the loading and transportation services for rock salt extraction operations at the designated mine location in Pakistan.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Demand Draft, or a Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. Bidders are required to submit comprehensive documentation including technical specifications, financial proposals, and undertakings as specified in the bidding documents.

E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, 4 September 2026 at 03:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day.
