CMH Mardan seeks pharmaceutical suppliers for daily medicine procurement throughout FY 2026-27—a recurring operational contract rather than project-based.
Scale appears medium (hospital-wide stock replenishment). Key competitive lever is rebate/discount offered on retail pricing. Registration burden is substantial (Ministry of Health, FBR, income/sales tax compliance mandatory). DGDP preference suggests preference for established distributors. Tight bid closure (August 2026) and same-day opening creates compressed decision window.
Who can bid: SECP registration required; DGDP registration preferred. Ministry of Health registration mandatory. Active FBR, income tax, and sales tax registrations essential. Pharmaceutical/medicine distribution license from Ministry of Health implied. Typically, firms must be tax-filers with clean compliance history. No PEC applicability (non-construction).
